We had to wait 30 minutes for a simple meal without any explanation. The staff was quite rude.

We got the crouching tiger sushi, volcano roll, jalepeno poppers, and pork bun. Everything was fresh and very very delicious. Unique and fun flavors. Good value. Nice atmosphere and very clean.

I truly miss living in Tokyo, but this restaurant is bringing back some of those wonderful memories. They feature recipes and dishes that are primarily inspired by Hokkaido, which makes it even more special. Their miso ramen is divine, and they even offer a spicy version. And the egg in the ramen is absolutely incredible! It's genuinely like the Japanese eggs you can only appreciate if you've experienced them yourself. They also have a great beer selection that pairs well with the food. I tried the tuna sushi, and it was expertly prepared, with thick slices and just the right amount of wasabi between the tuna and the rice. This place has a very professional vibe, and I can see myself visiting regularly from now on! Cheers!

Best sushi in the DMV. The fish is super fresh and the service is top notch. The ramen was also excellent.
