Contribuisci feedbackI ordered online for delivery at my house. I have had them deliver to me before also. As my delivery is supposed to be out, they call to tell me I am outside their delivery area. I asked about the times they have delivered to me in the past and apparentlythey were all mistakes. I asked about them delivering across town, further away from where I am now, and he said, Yes that iscorrect. I had them cancel the order. If I had the time to run to town I wouldn 't have set up delivery. Very inconvenient andinconsistent and beyond frustrating. Not at all a happy satisfied customer at this point.
A rude employee ruined the experience for us when he yelled at my husband for not being able to find our online order on the shelf. Perhaps it would be more helpful if customers were given a time frame for when their order will be ready after orderingon the app instead of waiting for a notification for an asap order.
Faster friendly service! my wife waited 9 months to get this and they did not disappoint. on the day after the birth, my wife had to finally enjoy jimmy johns again. it was so good that I was back next day and got one for them. keep them the big service.

I love Jimmy John's, food is always good, but this visit was the worst ever. The drive thru is terrible. We waited on the road to turn in forever! They were NOT freaky fast at all! Very long line in front of us and behind us!
