Le Bistreaux Coffee And Waffle

The mocha was a bit too sweet for my taste but I just avoided the bottom half of the drink. The coffee was decent, but I think less syrup would have allowed me to fully appreciate its flavor. This review is for the omelette, which was absolutely delicious and made fresh to order. The cheese melted in my mouth and there was a generous amount of ham and bacon. I wish there were onions or green peppers added, but I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. The staff was talkative but friendly, and they promptly brought us our coffee and food, which was fantastic.

The waffles were very dry and the salmon was not fresh, with a strange taste. Unfortunately, the omelet with onions and turkey caused food poisoning for my wife, landing her in the ER that evening. The service was good and the staff were friendly, but the quality of the food and the prices need to be improved. Overall, it was overpriced for the quality of the dishes.

Oh my goodness, the food was excellent! This was my first time in Louisiana and I was so impressed. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is incredible, the service is always great, and the staff are friendly. We have always had nothing but the best experience eating here. We would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as a perfect 5 out of 5.

The food at this restaurant is excellent with a lot of variety, however, I am only giving it 3 stars because the prices for breakfast items are quite high. The coffee is always exceptional.
