Little Caesars Pizza - Alexandria

8.9.22 @2:30 o'clock went in and ordered crazy brot with Marinara sauce (combo) for $5.98 and an Italian cheese for $4.99 the customer service was good and the eating was perfect. it was finished immediately (no waiting, no line). that is the way little caesar should taste, and I have visited many of them nation wide!

Hot-N-Ready does not mean that they get their food when they order it. I ordered my food and it took 1 hour before I got it. I came after 15 minutes before the car dru after I called my order, and was told that I should move forward to wait and they would give me my food. to 40 minutes later, I'll go in to see what takes so long. I tell them I'm still waiting for my order, and they say you mean this order, and then I take my pizza off the desk and give it to me. they had to sit there for at least 30 minutes. they were not hot anymore. not even warm. eating was good, check is for the service.

The only problem I have with little caesars on the north mall car ride in alexandria louisiana is the parking

They hardly get the order right! I am always told to park outside and they take 15 minutes to get my correct order!

I give a one star only because I can't give negative stars. My husband and I walked in and were completely ignored to the point that workers were walking by us and literally turning their noses up and looking at the ceiling. Beyond this, they were preparing and handling food not only without masks, but without even gloves.
