Pizza Hut - Alexandria

The pizza is decent, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Moreover, I noticed that the staff member handled money and then made pizza without washing his hands! I definitely won't be returning to this place.

The restaurant is quite small, with just enough space for a few people to sit while they wait for their orders. That's why I usually place my order in advance to reduce wait times. Typically, my order is ready by the time I arrive, as long as I come at least 20 minutes after placing it. Located in a shopping center, it shares a parking lot with nearby neighbors like Boardwalk Fries and Roy Rogers. I've never had any issues with my pizza orders or their quality, and the staff is always friendly.

Pizza was decent. But from here, we ordered casual wings that were completely raw on the inside. I ate two before I realized because I drank them in the sauce. The texture/taste were off, so I decided to take a look. As I said...completely raw.... The restaurant refunded the money for the wings, but it doesn't help me eat two of them before.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered pan pizzas and was delivered hand-tossed. Called and was told my order was not incorrect. After looking for my order I was then told they were out of medium pan pizzas at that time, so I was upgraded to thin large hand-tossed pizzas. Also was told all of our pizzas are pan pizzas right now and our pan pizzas came out that way ...Unreal. If I could give this place 0 stars I would
