The manager had his air pod in while I was ordering. I had too replete my order three times. During making my order he was on the phone. Very unpleasant. As a manager of a restaurant I felt the experience was not what it should have been.
My husband went to get the buy 2 subs and get one free and the lady that work there didnt want to give him a free sub so he had to buy a half sub and not a full free sub and she lied and said they dont do that anymore when I look online and see they still doing the deal when he told me about it i called this store and it was closed but first thing in the morning reporting her asap and making sure she ant doing that to nobody else again and he still got his receipt to prove it
This is a chain so expectations are not high as other places so I am grading on a different scale. But I give them 5 stars for a friendly staff that always get my order right and the place is always clean.
I am a regular customer. As of today, you lost a customer. I watched a young employee with gloves touching the lettuce, went to the refrig to restock peppers and then take my sandwich out of the toaster. I asked him was he was going to change his gloves. Gloves changed. He started digging in the lettuce by assuming that is what I want. I stated spinach. Spinach dropped on the counter and put it in my sandwich. When I said something about the sanitation. He said I was having a bad day. I explained you dont practice healthly sanitization and dont tell me how I feel. Will not get another dime since I am having a bad day! REALLY?
