The food was fantastic! We went through the drive-thru, but we could have dined inside if we wanted to. The $5 Buck Box with Nacho Fries, a taco, and a burrito was delicious! I also got two donut holes, which were yummy! There was someone in the ladies' bathroom, so I ended up using the men's room. It was nice and clean, but the hand soap dispenser was empty of foam solution. I let the staff know before I left.
What’s there not to love about Taco Bell? They offer delicious food at incredibly low prices. My experience with picking up online mobile orders has been consistently accurate and quick. It seems that the food is prepared only after you arrive, as it has been steaming hot every time. Plus, you don’t have to go through the drive-thru to get your mobile order; you can use the walk-up window as well.
I visited this restaurant this morning at 8:30 and ordered four bacon, egg, and cheese burritos along with a Diet Pepsi. I specifically requested bacon several times, but when I got home, I discovered that they had given me sausage instead. I called the manager to address the issue, and he told me I would need to drive four miles back to Taco Bell for a $4.00 refund. I explained that it wasn’t worth the trip, and I will not be returning to this location again. Restaurants should really pay more attention to orders, especially with drive-thru service. Some might consider this a minor issue, but if they can't understand simple orders and their solution is to drive back for a refund, then there are definitely problems. A credit card refund should be able to be processed over the phone. I wouldn't recommend eating there.
I ordered through the app and drove to the restaurant, but when I got home and opened my bag, my order was incorrect. I decided to go back and explain the situation. I took the bag of my original order (hoping they wouldn’t give it to someone else) and returned to get my correct order. After picking up my new bag, I drove home again to check everything, and unfortunately, my order was still wrong! I can't believe they messed it up twice. I tried to find the manager's phone number to call, but it wasn't available in the app. I will never return to this Taco Bell—it was a complete waste of gas and time.
