Wendy's - Alexandria

To investigate whether this was an isolated incident, I asked two friends to go through the drive-thru. One of my friends, who is white, received her drink with ice, while my other friend, who is Black, was told there was no ice available—even though they both ordered the same thing. When I went through the drive-thru afterward, I asked for ice and got the same response about the machine not working. We began to wonder if there might be a bias at play, as other managers have never given us any issues about ice. It's disappointing to think that this behavior may not align with Wendy's values, and I hope this matter is addressed.

I've been on the lookout for a new breakfast spot lately. One challenge I've encountered is that ordering a large sweet tea seems to confuse the staff, leading to me often ending up with unsweetened tea. This happens more often than not, and I usually find out only after I've driven away.

I brought this to the owner’s attention, but he didn’t seem concerned at all. He mentioned that they also handle credit cards, which was irrelevant since she wasn't working at the window; she was preparing food. When I asked the owner if he thought that was acceptable, he just shrugged and offered to refund my money. I told him that was disgusting and that it was just unacceptable. He responded by telling me not to use words like that. All I could think was that she should wash her hands before handling people's food. I can’t believe a place like this exists. People really can get sick from this kind of practice. I hope you never have to experience something like this.

Good food. Relatively cheap, they were definitely fast ! Maybe 3-4 minutes at the drive thru. Recommend

I love the fresh salad. They do not add the final ingredients until you check in.Randy is a rude manager and really needs to practice patience, listening skills, and respect for customers.
