Algonquin Sub Shop

I never had a problem with the food here. Everything I usually order tastes great but the last two orders were horrible. My burger patty was undercooked. I ate part of the burger and noticed the texture was soggy and pink not cooked all the way through. It should be light and crisp. Last time I ordered lunch with a friend there were a few teenagers that were rude. Handed me my food without a bag. Pretty rude kid. ?‍ They Didn’t cook my food all the way through. It’s pretty disappointing ?‍ train them better. I’m sorry to be rude but I won’t be ordering here ever again. I definitely don’t want to get food poisoning from undercooked meat. I would like to have an enjoyable well cooked meal that doesn’t taste soggy, undercooked and not handled correctly.

My favorite sub shop in northern IL, even after moving 40 minutes away I still go out there just for a sub and fries. Awesome family owned business.
