Picante Mexican Grill - Algonquin

The restaurant is very simple and not very decorative, but who cares when the food is good. I would say it's above average. It's not the best Mexican food I've ever had, but it's up there and they can claim it's authentic. The family atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was very friendly.

I am delighted to have discovered a Mexican restaurant that serves food with authentic flavors. Coming from Texas, I have been searching for a place like this for years. I appreciate the straightforwardness of the menu, and the staff is extremely friendly. I will definitely be returning soon.
