Contribuisci feedbackRude and lazy. There is no need to give a random customer attitude just because of the drink I order. AN ICED LONDON FOG TEA LATTE..... 3 ingredients in the drink btw... if there was an option to do 0 stars, I would.
If I could give zero stars I would. This location has the worst customer service the attitudes of the employees doesn't help. The older woman in the morning, with silver hair (Angie) SHOULD NOT be working if she's so miserable! Always seems bothered and hardly reaches her arm out the window to give you to the drink! I had to stretch as far as I possibly could, almost dropping the drink. Like you can't bring the drink to the customer a little closer! It is an action meant to be inconsiderate. Even her tone when she speaks is not customer friendly at all! Gives a terrible name and representation of Starbucks! Many of my friends, family and I have started using the other location on Acorn. Maybe you guys need to get some training techniques from them ?
That lady with the silver hair bogus for no reason. Always having an attitude and giving you bad looks. When I received my drinks from her I could tell she doesn’t care and handed me the 2 drinks almost dropping them I literally had to catch them from her. Honestly go to the location down the road in Lake in the Hills. Or just go to Target. I didn’t pay for attitude just a drink.
Was charge for light an extra 1.10 and there no sign of this notice!! last week I was there and asked for light and was told that they were going to put less liquid? Trina the manger need to put a notice up for these changes. because all the other starbucks are not doing these changes Avoid this starbucks!! Plus the girls working there don't know how to communicate and thier customers service sucks!
Charges for light ice. Too expensive already, doing my Dunkin run now
