Love this place. Staff always friendly. You can ask to taste flavors. If you sign up, they send coupons. And there's a special price every 31st of the month. We usually eat there . They could do a little better job cleaning the tables but that's all i can say needs improvement. Ice cream always taste good.

I have a good one for all of you trying to catch a late night snack . I just returned from the Alhambra store dissatisfied, and flustered about the situation. My wife was craving a specific flavor that only Baskin Robbins has , so out the door we went. Only living a couple blocks away we left at 9:54PM , we arrived at 9:56PM just in time to catch them before there 10:00PM Closing time, or so we thought. The door was locked, but the employee was at the register. I asked if we can come in, he stated they were closed. I stood to the side and called the same location we were at 9:58PM . I asked him what time they closed , he stated they closed at 10PM . This is when I stood back into the front windows view and told him over the phone to let us in then. He denied us a second time and said we are closed now. But wait, why would you say you were open till a certain time and then not honor that time? Why even post those hours on the window? I was upset , asked him why he would state they close at ten and then not let us in . He then stated to come back the next 31st for the deal. Did he say that because he thought i was cheap, couldn't afford it or just being BIASED! I dont care about his deal, the corporate deal or anything that saves me money when it's for someone I love and want to make happy. I would have paid extra just to get what my wife wanted! One of the reasons he must have closed earlier is because they had a long hard day, his own words to me. I asked to have the managers name, he said he was the manager . I then asked him his name so I could speak of this matter with his higher up . He would not give me his name, said he didn't have to. I used a couple choice words but not directly at him but to highten my frustration at that moment . I must have hurt his feelings. When you read this Mr Manager , I apologize for using a bad word that hurt your feelings. Also I'd like to know your closing time every day, since you close at non posted hours....

Clean, bright and cheery, great place to get dessert and hang out after eating hot pot at Shabuya next door. They had lots of interesting holiday flavors in December, but since I was sharing a 2-scoop sundae with a friend, we went for the good ol? standbys?mint chocolate chip and Oreo cookies n cream. Delicious topped with nuts and chocolate sauce and a cherry on top. Yum!

Came for a Turkey ice cream cake and walked out with four extra pints. Turkey cake is cheaper here than other locations.

Poor customer service. I ordered two medium drinks and they were clearly short. I told the guy and instead of acknowledging his error, he throws his hands up in the air and walks away. He then decides to charge me tax. When I asked about the tax charge, (I've worked at a BR, I know how this works), all he could say it was under new ownership, within the last week. I was here within the last week and there was no tax charge, I've actually never been charged tax. Clear to say it was a petty move and uncalled for. This particular individual working the counter on 3/1 at about 3:45pm definitely made it an unpleasant visit.
