Megan and Craig are absolutely amazing! Not only was the food (and the presentation pig amazing, Megan and her staff were so helpful on our wedding day! They even made sure that our appetizers and desserts were passed out on time and helped my sisters and moms with it! I'd recommend them to anyone planning an event or bbq wedding!!!! :

I started researching in February for someone to supply pulled pork for my son and daughter in law’s wedding reception. I first contacted Red Barn Farms in Highland, IL. They recommended Old Silo Smoker BBQ. Megan Craig secured a hog from Red Barn, had it processed, then smoked and delivered it along with their homemade bbq sauce. I heard constant compliments from everyone!! When Kyle delivered to us, he took the time to put the meat in our roasters, took time to explain how to keep it warm and at what temperature. Megan was very patient in answering any and all of my questions and working with my schedule. I cannot say enough good things about them. BTW the entire transaction took place on messenger.
