Pizza Hut - Alice

Food is great! Tried the new wing sauce and traditional wings and they were amazin. Service can be a bit slow at times but servers always have a great attitude and are willing to help. Love their bar area and all the big screen TVs. Good vibes and great food and service!

Extremely short staffed, one waitress for entire restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for my order that I placed on-line due to waitress no able to take our order.

I have to say it's not the same when I first arrived one me and another family where there it took 30 min to get the appetizer and that's cause that all I ordered and it was the cheese sticks. Came out burnt and dry. The place was a mess and the service was horrible. The atmosphere was horrible since the staff did not greet or tend to us. Waiting for paper towels and the ranch that turned into 44min. I wanted to leave but my son wanted his personal pizza.

Ordered 4 pizza's and 3 of them the dough tasted old and was tough. May have been sitting out for some time was also cold.
