A nostalgi trip with a varity of home made food. It is just outside town next to a building merchant specialising in reused material.
I reside in Alingsås and have visited numerous wonderful cafes in the 'capital city of Swedish fika,' but this one is by far my favorite. I have frequented this place many times and believe this is the perfect representation of how fika should be done. The charming old farmhouse setting and entirely organic selection of products make it a must-visit spot. It is definitely worth a visit, and you can even take advantage of their complimentary taxi service to get there.
We were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The soup lunch buffet was superb as was the selection of cakes. Friendly, helpful staff. Play area for children. Fun decor. We loved it and will revisit
This charming café located in the countryside of Alingsås offers a variety of options for lunch, soups, baked goods, and fresh baked bread for sale, all of which are organic. They often have live bands performing and also host spring, winter, and fall markets where local farmers and artisans can sell their handmade goods.
