I visited the restaurant and noticed that the chefs were not wearing masks during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Awful, just awful, slow service. It's a shame because we really enjoy the taste of Papa John's pizza and sauces. In fact, we've adjusted our order time to about an hour and a half earlier than we expect to be hungry, simply because that's how long it takes for them to deliver. I don't know who manages this location, but I truly don't understand how they're still in business. It's currently 9:40 PM on a Wednesday, and I'm still waiting for the pizza I ordered at 7:00 PM! They are always late and frequently forget items (I usually order the cheese sauce and never receive it). So I get this ridiculous little gesture to apologize—a free voucher. Honestly, I'm at my wit's end trying to give them another chance because I really like their product, but this is the last straw. Papa John’s, who oversees your business in Aliquippa, PA (which serves my area in Hopewell, PA), please reconsider your management approach and hire some quality, customer-oriented employees so that those of us in the 15001 zip code can enjoy your service.
