As individuals with specific dietary restrictions rooted in our religious beliefs, our recent experience with Domino’s Pizza was profoundly disappointing and completely unacceptable. We placed an order for a large cheese pizza with vegetarian toppings, clearly emphasizing our dietary preferences. However, the pizza we received contained pieces of two different types of meat, which was a clear violation of our dietary requirements.This was not just an unsatisfactory experience; it was deeply upsetting.Attached are photos illustrating the presence of meat on the pizza.We strongly urge Domino’s to take this incident seriously, reevaluate their procedures, and ensure that such serious mistakes never happen again. All customers, regardless of their dietary needs, should be able to rely on their requests being respected.
I ordered a pizza for delivery and the app showed it taking an hour for the pizza to get through the quality control step before delivery. Then, the app updated to say that the pizza had been delivered and our order was complete, but no one ever showed up with the pizza. I tried calling, but the phone just rings off the hook and nobody ever answers. I had to get in the car and drive to the location to ask where my pizza was; when I got there, the guy said they were super busy and had no record of my order, so I had to tell him what I had ordered and wait for a new pizza to be made. He promised I would not be charged for the pizza, despite saying they didn 't have my order and him not taking my name or contact information I told him my name and left with the pizza; by the time I got home and we sat down to eat, it had been 2 hours since I first placed the order. As expected, the Domino 's charge for the pizza including a tip for the delivery person who never even showed up showed up on my card the next day and once again, there was no answer at the location when I called to ask them to credit my card. I also tried Domino 's national customer service line, which just takes you to a dial by name directory and then hangs up on you. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge to try to get the pizza and delivery tip off my card; I am still waiting for the credit to appear on my account. What a nightmare; we 've ordered from this Domino 's for years without issue, but never again.
Not sure why there is such low reviews, but i will say the staff here has great customer service!!! i have done a lot of online orders here and they've never messed up on our orders and everything has always been great! the waiting time for the food can be a little bit longer than stated some times. however my friend and i went to this spot in person today and our food was ready in less than 5 minutes and the staff was really nice. the guy at the front counter brought our food out to the car after ordering in person and this nice girl inside threw out our box after not finding a trash can in sight. overall, good location! guess it can depend on the staff and day but will go back!
I love the food . It is very nice and has a quiet place to go with friends. The service is amazing it is like a perfect system all working for one common goal.
