The offices are well-maintained, and the building staff is friendly and consistently attentive. Overall, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and they have followed COVID guidelines seamlessly. There are several great perks to working here, including on-site fitness facilities, a café, weekly breakfast provided by building management, and occasional seasonal coffee hours. My only wish is that the fitness center had earlier opening hours and weekend availability. However, the fact that it is free for office employees is a significant advantage. If you're considering renting a space here, I would definitely recommend it.

I have set up a date for the tour industrious aliso viejo today. on Friday I realized that many places are closed today, I decided to call them (during the office hours) to find out if they were still open to the tour. Nobody answered the phone so I left a message with my contact details. I didn't get a call back. Yesterday I received a text message asking me if today I would have a tour with the name of the person who is leaving the tour. I gave it back. they sent a confirmation text as an answer. I got another message this morning as reminding the tour. When I showed up today, nobody was there. I returned the number I received from. no answer. I called the number of diligent aliso viejo and the number from which the text message came. no answer. a very friendly men who rented there tried to get the manager and could not. what I asked myself is how industrious does not have someone to return a call on Friday during office hours, as well as agree to do a tour on Monday and do not show up or react to calls or texts. don't get up cool.

I've been working at Techspace for over a year and truly enjoy it. The offices are clean and well-equipped, the internet is fast and reliable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Additionally, there’s a café on-site that offers delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff also organizes regular events, including cocktail gatherings and dessert parties. I've visited many other offices in the area, and I can confidently say that Techspace is the best. You could pay significantly more elsewhere and still not receive nearly the same level of quality and service. I’m excited to continue my work here!

Delicious! The Techspace Café is a hidden gem. I dine here at least once a week, and the quality is consistently excellent. Their breakfast burritos and Chipotle avocado turkey sandwiches are a must-try! Definitely worth a visit.
