25 min. only one in the store to make 2 bowls. Incredibly slow setup. I never write reviews, but that was ridiculous.

My daughter dropped her smoothie right after she got it and made a huge mess. I was embarrassed, but the staff was so friendly. They were not rude or angry. A young man asked what the drink was, made it free and cleaned the mess with a smile on his face. That meant a lot to me.

Good options in the menu. Very good. The Popeyes Acai smoothie tastes very rich and tasty.

Terrible service with an additional dose of bad and disrespectful attitude! Please know, if you go in you, are not a priority! Online orders are first so you can wait at least 20 minutes, even if you are the only patron in the store! A woman who went out there when I went to the house heard the attitude of the young dark-haired girl to me and said she would never come back to this special institution. Just be warned.

I?ve never been to Nekter until a couple days ago, i went to a different location but the person that took our order did not seem to happy to be there but the smoothies were great. so i gave it another shot. I went into this location this morning and was greeted with smiles and excitement. Smoothies were really good but the good customer service is what makes it even better!! Thank you <3
