Crumbl Cookies - Allen

Walked in super busy had to wait for a while it was really busy, the girl at the front was nice and doing so much (she had a butterfly tattoo and blonde hair) while the people in back (emo tall guy and girl with split dyed hair) weren’t doing anything and acted clueless when the girl at the front clearly could’ve used the help.

Great, prompt customer service, and tasty cookies. Never had a problem here, and the concept of new flavors each week is great!

Staff is very kind and the cookies are always fresh. New flavors every week!! delicious. I love it! yaa

Unfortunately giving 2 stars. The cookie tastes like it’s been in the fridge for 2 days. It’s really hard and difficult to bite into because it’s so cold and hard. Not like the usual crumbl cookies. Normally I eat way too much but this one was so bad I didn’t even eat half of it. Such a disappointment! : I’ll definitely be choosing the McKinney location over the Allen one going forward. Big disappointment.

I'm sure the team here knows their business better than I do. Their cookies are quite good. However, my wife only ever wants the s'mores cookies, so if they're out of stock, she won't purchase any. Unfortunately, they won't be available for weeks at a time. This is a missed opportunity for them because my wife typically buys six cookies at once. It seems they're losing out on sales simply because they don't have the right flavor, and she doesn't check every week to see if they're back in stock.
