Contribuisci feedbackCustomer service is lacking. I interacted with Nabiha, who did not come off as friendly. I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato. There was no visible caramel. I was expecting to see a caramel drizzle. I found this drink to be overpriced at $5.79, but I chose a large because the price difference from the small was not significant, so I figured I might as well go big. I don’t think they have any drinks available less than $4. I will say that I was surprised how quickly they made my egg sandwich.
Gone is the day of being greeted by someone friendly at this location. No Good Morning, no smile, no thank you.She looks up from her phone when I walk in and looks back down at it until I step up to the counter. Her expression was not warm or friendly looking at all.Someone needs to work on the customer service strategy here.UPDATE Visited the store in McKinney today, great service. I hope they buy you out. Allen location is Horrible. So unfriendly.
The drive thru service was extremely slow. We weren’t even acknowledged at the window for almost 5 minutes and they were not pleasant. Will take my business elsewhere.
