My past 2 visits were not at all good. The employees (same employee both times) forgot my order and laughed when I went inside to ask them about it. Today we showed up with hours before closing and they told us they didn 't have enough to give us extra rolls??? and just responded with yeh to everything instead of telling us a total or to pull to the next window. They have no standards for service. the bare minimum is just to give me my food and they can 't even get that right.

I was surprised this store even had a 3.5 rating! I 'm going to be frank, I LOVE Golden Chick wick wings and tenders, but this store can 't seem to follow orders or just don 't care. They serve chicken pass it prime, that is if you get what you order! They routinely forget to include your rolls. Speaking with management will bring your blood to a boil! My impression is they don 't give a S&! . I have had to follow up with corporate to get refunds!I have order delivery both through their site and Door Dash and I have driven thru and done pick up. I ALWAYS check my order before leaving and 85% of the time something is wrong or missing.I will now be driving out of my way to a different location to get my fix and will no longer be ordering delivery.

Lately the quality has gone down hill. It’s a little crazy how much this place costs vs the value it provides. The dinner rolls are always good. 1 star for that.
