Contribuisci feedbackLast night, I placed an order through the app and tried to customize it. I asked if I could add extra Oreos and upgrade the cherry dessert to a special version. The response I got was that there would be an additional charge and since I ordered through the app, they couldn't help me with that. I offered to pay the 50-cent fee, but a staff member said they would make an exception this time. Ultimately, they didn’t do anything, and I ended up with a subpar order. The chicken was boiled and unfortunately, it caused my daughter to get food poisoning. I definitely do not recommend eating here. This experience was disappointing and frustrating.
I placed an order for over $40 through Uber Eats, but they were unable to fulfill it. I tried calling for more information, but no one answered. I’ll be taking my hard-earned money elsewhere.
The restaurant offers delicious burgers and breakfast burritos. My favorites are the ultimate breakfast burrito and the double bacon burger. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
I ordered a middle chili cheese death with extra cheese. Since I was manager at Sonic less than a year ago, I know how extra cheese looks. Mine had no, so I asked for a remake. And they asked me to return the wrong ones. I can't remember asking a customer to return the food if I worked for Sonic... we'd just apologize for the mistake and make sure the customer stayed happy. I'm a little disappointed at the service, but that's to be expected that I appreciate.
There were young kids there and they didn't know about great customer service until I told them. I had a super hard batch of jumbo chicken bites, and I wanted to ask them, this time to make sure I don't this time around, and the speaker was not working so the young man had to come out with a pen and paper and missed some things on my order. When I pointed it out they didn't care, but said to reorder and pay. Lol. Smh. So I ha5 to teach the young man that's not good customer service when it's your issue. Hopefully next time I go it will be an older manager there with experience.
