Starbucks - Allen

I ordered a cappuccino dry . Barista added EXTRA milk to my coffee. I called them directly after when I got home, and nobody picked up the phone I called multiple times. Will not return to this location!!!

I switched back to starbucks about 6 months ago just solely based off the customer service at this location. I love using the mobile order as i'm headed to work in the morning and they are always so quick! Every worker i have encountered here has been so sweet but specifically Randy and Karen go out of their way with enthusiasm and kindness every single order. Love love love this location and their team. My coffee is also always made to perfection and their point system is such a great perk!

I visit this Starbucks pretty often. The baristas are friendly and pretty consistent in getting orders right, but the service is pretty slow compared to other Starbucks stores in the area. There have also been a couple of times where I ordered ahead on the app but got to the store and had to get a refund because the item was sold out.
