Starbucks Coffee Co - Allen

Unapolaget slow. To expound on my bitter quilt: I could wait 20 minutes for a simple cup of black coffee. Nothing special, just black coffee. Admittedly, they are busy, but at some point it is easy to wait and wait for something that requires zero preparation. What got me when the person behind the counter finally realized that all the others had come and left (more times) and there could be a problem, she just gave me the coffee and looked away. No confirmation, no apology or engagement. It's like today we're all empty of human condition. Edit: Starbucks, of course, responded to my snarky Quips with a vague comment and corporate link to their website...so personally. Schultz cut his job for him.

What picture is Starbucks caramel macchiato in this place? Yeah, it's the bad looking and tastes like water. If you do not see a carameldrizzle above, it is because the drink is so badly made, the foam is not thick enough to keep the caramel so that it drops right down. This location is so convenient, but unfortunately I will not return after the 5 times of payment for terrible drinks including remakes.

Truly you appreciate this store and the employees. I go a lot (more than I admit, and they always make my drink the best, are always nice and friendly, and are fast. I have about 5 Starbucks with me, but that's the one I'll always pick up over the others. Great staff! ( Whatever they deserve. I can tell you is not enough and they need an increase!

Drinks are always fantastic at this point. You always have the cookies my daughter loves. The staff is polite.

This location does not know how to make cold foam. First cold foam turned out thick and gooey like the texture of condensed milk or spoiled clotted milk. Cold foam supposed to be light and airy! Literally foam. Got them to fix the drink the second foam remake was just as thick but thank goodness the barista noticed and dumped it out and remade it. The final product was thinner but was still clotty. Not sure if it’s the freshness of the ingredients or what but they cannot make cold foam here. Avoid!
