The service at this restaurant is quite slow; it took over 20 minutes just to get a sandwich. Aside from that, the place is clean, and the food is generally good. I would rate it 4 out of 5.

Unfortunately, they aren't utilized to their full potential, but the staff is very friendly. They worked as quickly as possible to attend to everyone. Food: 4/5

Underground food is simply underground food. The gentleman who took our order and prepared our meals was courteous, and everything was made exactly as we requested—no issues at all. Fresh bread had just come out of the oven when we arrived for lunch. I also noticed that he changed his gloves when handling different items before returning to food preparation, which is excellent! However, as mentioned in another review, the bathroom was lacking. The women's restroom door wouldn't close properly, and the toilet definitely needs to be replaced or cleaned thoroughly. On the plus side, there was soap, running water, and paper towels, which was a positive aspect. That earns it a star!

That's not a good subway. Always have language barrier problems. Lady, my sandwich accidentally burned the paper in the toaster oven and small pieces came into my sandwich. I asked them to make another and she refused, so I went out and sent an email to companies, but no answer.
