Taco Casa - Allen

I love Taco Casa and typically don't ever have issues or complaints regarding them. The tostada shell was soggy, Casa delights bag was barely half full. When asked, I clearly declined any hot sauce yet there must've been a dozen packets in my bag. What a waste as I totally just throw them away.

Got super sick after I had the crispy tacos. As I was eating the meat tasted questionable, so I only ate 1 1/2 of 3 tacos.A few hours later, I’m in my bathroom puking everything up.

I’ve been here numerous times and tried over and over..It’s not every worker just the manager that’s the face of the company that is horrible, for the ones that do see this I apologize you know if your doing an okay job or not I have little expectations on fast food I’ve served so I understand how things can be and how sometimes you can’t control it…This taco casa is absolutely the worst one I have ever been to, I’m a huge fan of the taco casa corporation and what it stand for but this place is so bad it makes you wish you had just never went in the first place if you don’t believe me you can read through some more reviews at the bottom and even there bland generic responses by the moderator on here are off putting I truly hope this place gets closed down I don’t ever feel welcome, and especially with the new Melissa location being so incredible.. if you live close just drive further for taco casa this ones not worth the risk of making you dislike one of your favorite places…HORRIBLE

Taco casa best fast food Tex-Mex in Dallas metro in my opinion.I've been here three or four times usually around 9:00 p.m. it's typically three employees and an empty lobby maybe one or two cars in the drive-thru if they're lucky. Unfortunately every time I come to this Taco casa I do not feel welcomed and I feel that I'm not wanted here. I'm guessing because it's so late but that's no good.Very rarely in my life I have found napkin holders and restaurants with zero napkins

Taco Casa rules! Way better than Taco Bell! Won't leave you regretting on the toilet the next day like Bell and Taco Bueno do! It's real food!
