Village Burger - Allen

Gluten-free options available here. Burgers are always good. The straw fries are fun for the kids. Onion rings and sweet potatoe fries are great as well. I had the chicken pesto panini. It was real good.

I visited the counter-service burger and bar at Watters Creek. Parking can be quite challenging, as is the case with many shops in the area. The restaurant and restrooms are clean and well-maintained. There’s seating available both indoors and on a covered patio, with about half of the seating inside. The menu offers a nice variety of burgers and sandwiches, and you also have the option to customize your own burger with various ingredients. It can get pretty noisy inside. The service was friendly, but somewhat slow. Overall, the burger and fries were tasty, though not outstanding.

I was disappointed with my lunch today. The salad looked appealing when it was served, but unfortunately, it did not taste as good as it looked. The lettuce was soggy and unappetizing, and the turkey and sweet and spicy pecans lacked flavor. I requested dressing to enhance the taste, but I also found some bland turkey skin mixed into my salad. On a positive note, the fries were quite tasty.

Geneen and I decided to check out this restaurant before my haircut. I had a medium rare Swiss mushroom burger with sweet potato fries, while Geneen opted for the Kale Crunch salad with added chicken on top. The hamburger made it into my top three favorites—so juicy and delicious! Geneen really enjoyed her salad too, giving it an 8 out of 10. She mentioned that while the dressing was nice and light, it could have used a bit more seasoning. All in all, we had a fantastic lunch! Cheap delicious drinks. No waiters which I like. Sides must be added to most entrees meaning if you order a burger you?ll need to ask and pay more for French fries as a side. But they?re worth it Their French fries are on point. Bathroom gets busy asit is one toilet per gender which means there are often lines and it gets nasty.
