The pretzels at this restaurant are always fresh and buttery with just the right amount of salt. However, the ones at the Fairlane Mall location can be overly salty at times. I particularly enjoy the crispy edges and cheese sauce. I could eat these pretzels all day!

I'm craving some cinnamon and sugar pastry. It is absolutely delicious, and even when reheated it still tastes amazing.

My absolute, always preferred soft pretzels. So soft and addictive. Once you eat one, you can't stop. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the price of a pulp has risen over time. I wish they were a little less. But unlike that, I highly recommend!

The outdoor seating area is nice. There are other chain restaurants where you can get more options and larger portions for your money. The menu offers pretzels in salt, no salt, and cinnamon flavors, as well as Full Brezels, Biss, and Brezel dogs which are all good choices. The pretzels are tasty but nothing unique. If you're in need of a quick snack, this place is a good alternative to other options.

The workers are very friendly. Don’t mind making your pretzels fresh. Always give coupons and great service with a smile.
