Chipotle Mexican Grill - Allen Park

I’ve been a customer of this particular chipotle for years and the place has declined drastically. It’s rare that I can come here and not have some type of issue with either my food, the wait time for online orders or not having proper utensils. The location is ideal for me but I would rather drive the distance or go to Qdoba down the street.

Every time I order on Doordash when I'm at work my food comes from this Chipotle. They have not had fajita veggies the last 5 times I have ordered. They send no plasticware, so my coworker had to go to the store and get some before we could eat. $5.99 for chips and guac, and we ach got about 12 chips. Do better.

Sitting there waiting for a friend to come so we can eat together as the whole time I was sitting there for 3 hours. I don’t think the front lady ever changed her glove when she had other foods and went to do other things she wear the exact same glove even when she handle all the money.

Despite have 7 workers, only 1 was on the main service line helping the in restaurant guests (who was clearly new and training), leaving a very long wait.
