I never really was a Starbucks customer until last night which prompted me to go back today for another Caramel crunch frap. It's so good! I usually faithfully go to Biggby across the street but they're closed early now due to shortage of staff. The young lady behind the register is quite helpful. (I didn't catch her name but she has curly brown hair. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the same debris was on the floor that was there the day before. So other than needing a cleaning, all in all, my experience was a good one.
The staff here is incredible! They work so quickly and have such an impressive knowledge of the menu that it leaves me amazed. I'm not one to drag my feet, but I do ask everyone to be patient if your experience doesn't match the speed of mine. I come here for lunch almost every day, and I've never had an issue. However, with the pandemic still affecting things, let's all practice a little patience. After all, it's just coffee—there's no reason to get upset or make things harder for the staff. Everything is running smoothly now.
The staff is always fantastic and hardworking. This location is consistently busy with plenty of customers, whether for online orders or in-person dining. Although there isn't a drive-thru, the team manages to maintain a speedy atmosphere. The drinks are always spot-on, and the food is served hot.
This place is always my go-to! I come here every day. The staff is friendly and fast. I usually place a mobile order, and they always have it ready on time, no matter how large the order is, and they customize my drinks just the way I like them. If there's ever a delay with my drinks, they offer reward cards. It's such a great spot to grab a drink!
