Vettraino's - Allen Park

My husband and I often come here because we both love the whole package! The owner, Dan, is very nice and goes out of his way to make the customers happy. We had their pizza, lasagna, spaghetti, ravioli and do not forget to taste the Honey Jack Salmon!!! The salads and fresh, deep fried mushrooms are good to get even before meal. The waiting staff is wonderful and we are always looking forward to seeing Mario as he is such a pleasant waiter.

I've been here for a few months and read the previous reviews and just have to say a little confused about people that it's too expensive. My family can go there for less than 40.00 and go full and very satisfied. There is pizza is amazing, I always get her pasta dishes and the family gets the pizza. Try to go into the wheat and rye with 5 people and pay 40.00 to feed a family, it will never happen, ever! This place is very clean, great service and amazing food. And as a bonus for me at Ford I get 20% of my bill. I will definitely be back!

The best Italian restaurant! The sauce is simply the best sauce in any Italian restaurant around a I am a hard critic, because also the fact that my family is 100% Sicilian on the side of the woman, and everything I eat is made at home Pasta and sauce. We had chicken parmesan and a large thin crust pizza with bread sticks a soup. These are the best bread sticks in business. We'll be back soon

It was there for the first time a few weeks ago. I was looking for a big oven near home. I wasn't disappointed. It was nice to have a real pizza again. If you are not used to authentic oven pizza it could be a little too different for the average pizza eater. These guys import their flour to make their dough and the ingredients are always fresh. It is definitely not a $5 pizza that is basically hot ketchup and bread. Remember people you pay for. The pizza here is great! I prefer to eat genuine cheese, fresh dough, sauce and toppings over a processed chain pizza every day.

Had dinner tonight excellent as usual. Authentic Italian food. Staff Owner very personable. Owner always comes by asks how your meal was. Excellent game room with pool table big TVs. Allen Park High School jerseys. Owner is a big supporter of Allen Park. Outstanding place to take a date or a family for dinner or a group of friends for a good time. Give it a try.
