Bismilla - Allerdale

We ordered the chicken korma and chicken tikka masala and we couldn’t tell which was which. Way too much sugar and no spice. Good prices and garlic naan was good

Came here recently after an awful experience at a nearby kebab shop called Caspian kebabs the night before. We ordered a mixture of dishes, myself choosing a chicken biryani, whilst others picked a set meal for 2, including bhuna, meat saag, chicken tikka curry etc. So a fairly large order. On arrival at the hotel, luckily everything labelled nicely. Salads put in as complimentary. The taste generally very good with lots of chicken in my biryani. The other guys enjoyed their dishes as well. Highly recommended.

Never tried here before, but was pleasantly surprised. All the food was tasty and was decent value. Will definitely be going again. Can't understand why no recent reviews and some previous reviews were poor. Can only assume the place has improved since then.

First time we have written a review but feel as though we should.We ordered a special mixed meat tandoori which came with naan and salad, when we opened it the naan and salad were missing, the meal itself tasted absolutely awful it had what appeared to be some kind of claw amongst it) it all ended up in the bin as it was inedible! Over the next few days we tried to contact the manager to complain, finally we managed to speak to someone about our experience and asked them to get the manager to ring us back, it is now two weeks later and have not heard from him. We will never be visiting this takeaway again!!!

Good family ran Indian takeaway. I've used this takeaway for years. The taste is good, the price is right the staff always courteous friendly. TV seating area if you have to wait
