Golden Hills Chinese - Allerdale

It just wasn’t good at all. After literally hearing customers walk out saying it’s worth every penny I was excited to say the least. But then I got my food 19£ for quarter duck and sweet chilli beef. The duck was just warm at best and burnt rather than crispy the pancakes and hoisin were the best bit about the meal the beef was hot but there was little beef and what was there was just bad I won’t go again but glad I tried

We had a fantastic experience ordering from this Chinese takeaway. It gets very busy, so be sure to order early. Despite the 2-hour wait, it was definitely worth it. It was the best Chinese food we've ever had. We ordered for a group of 10 people and everything was hot and delicious. The staff was also very friendly.

Had another great takeaway experience here again, food excellent and polished off by my family. Need to order as early as possible to avoid a bit of a wait as always seems busy. Will continue to use when staying near Keswick.

Amazing! The food at this Chinese restaurant is top-notch and the best we've had in a long time. We will definitely be coming back next time we're in Keswick.

As in keswick for a few days we always eat here one night as it is totally excellent food and great hospitality, this time we had my elderly mother with us that struggles with her mobility they where very accommodating with her , ps food 100% perfect
