Brilliant food great value and lovely real ale though practically all Jennings thankfully very few other Banks's ales opps sorry Marstons beers available .

Fabulous call for sunday roasts and we were not disappointed by Saturday night. unusually large selection for the non-meat egg even if they are veggie, please enter this small pub. they will not be disappointed.

Beautiful pub serves first class traditional cuisine. of course we had to get the fish cake and it was not disappointed! the venison bourguignon was also delicious. both were huge portions, so no place for dessert! the staff was short, but that is not a reason to remove a star. the waiters were kind and huddling hard!
