The Lifeboat Inn - Allerdale

The food at this restaurant was very enjoyable with generous portion sizes and great prices. I will definitely be coming back again.

It was wonderful to see the restaurant bustling on a Friday afternoon. The food that others were enjoying looked delicious. Although we had already eaten, we enjoyed some hand pulled ales which hit the spot. The locals and bar staff were friendly and engaging, making it a pleasant pit stop overall.

The food is always excellent and the portions are generous. It's great value for the price and I will definitely be returning.

The food was home made and cooked to perfection. The prices were extremely good. We had the Marie rose prawn baguette, side salad with chips, the bacon and cheese quiche with salad and chips, the meat and potato pie, gravy and chips. All great value for money.

Absolute hidden gem of a place. Brilliant value for money food is gorgeous
