We enjoyed excellent service and a delicious breakfast. I've been visiting this place for 60 years. It's a shame that today is their final day. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

To be completely transparent, I signed up for their rewards club, which means I receive emails about all the specials, enjoy a complimentary breakfast on my birthday, and take advantage of other benefits. My top picks are all from the breakfast menu. Nowadays, it’s becoming difficult to find restaurants that can cook eggs to order, but Perkins is wonderfully traditional and dependable in that area. The food is solid and no-frills, and the staff is among the friendliest you’ll encounter. The menu has recently been updated, and the 55+ menu offers affordable options with just the right portion size. I've noticed more health-conscious dishes as well as freshly prepared salads. Of course, the classic comfort foods are still available. This Perkins location also features a great bakery, boasting lots of muffins, cookies, and their famous pies. By the way, every Monday, you can get a free slice of pie with the purchase of an entrée.
