Pizza Hut - Alliance

Ordered delivery was missing items tried calling got sent through call center to where they sent me to the store waited 10 minutes then the phone was picked up and immediately hung up called 2 more times eith the same result. Called again and the call center said they would message the store manager the issue and they would call me still never heard anything. Emailed my issue as well and still no reply literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced ?

We had so much fun. Took the family to pizza hut to celebrate reading books. The staff was friendly and the food was great. Thank you!

I got a carryout order 2 months ago. I got it home and it was the wrong order. I called them and they wrote down my name in a book for a free pizza. Awesome!!I called today to get my free order and they said they don 't have a book . She was a little rude about it but said she would do it this one time. Perfect. Much appreciated.I go in to pick up my order. One lady looks at me, whispers to her coworker, they both look at me and start whispering to eachother. If you 're going to talk about someone, do it when they aren 't around to visibly see it. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Rude manager with a rude tone of voice, would not let young lady take my order. Calling corporate, lost my business.

Buffet wasn't stocked properly, pizza was under cooked.
