Wendy's - Alliance

Absolutely terrible for doordash. does not open their lobby even after they call the load and let them know they are here to pick up a door lock order. they are waiting in the car drive, which always 10 cars deep. I hope we complain and remove it from the platform.

Ordered a bunch of food,our Baconator and our home style chicken sandwich had a hair in them so I called the manager, she (Hanah) was very nice and I went back the next night and I got my sandwiches free. Then I ordered a bunch of food again, and I don't understand why they give the smallest baked potatoes in the world and charge the prices that they do it is totally ridiculous! $3.19 for a cheese baked potato then it was $0.75 for extra cheese on the baked potato! here is a picture of the baked potato... and my husband said the potato had been sitting for quite a while that it was old!

Great food...if you like sitting in your car to eat it. Why can't they keep the dining room open? Our best guess is a franchise owner too cheap to pay for good workers, so they don't have the personnel. Too bad, because they have the best food with the 2nd best atmosphere to Arby's. Guess we'll go where they have the meats AND the seats.

I just had the best burger of my life. I usually hate wendys fries because they arent salty enough but these fries were so salty and good. They didnt cheap out on the sauce and pickles on the burgers like mcdonalds would. So amazing let me tell you

The food is fine (I always get a salad) and the restaurant is clean enough, but I eat here a lot less than I might otherwise, for one reason: the staff is incredibly loud, especially the managers. Everyone is literally yelling at each other behind the counter and it seems to be completely unnecessary. I don't experience this at any other restaurants, not even at other Wendy's locations.
