We found this cool little place traveling home to Colorado. Although the exterior of the building leaves a bit to be desired, the interior is really nice and feels good. The service here was great and the food was good. We would definitely return if passing through.
The restaurant offers a casual dining experience with an open seating layout. Our waitress was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We started with the hot and sour soup, which included tofu and onions. It was delicious and packed with flavor. For our main courses, we ordered a beef hotplate, General Tso's chicken, low mein with General Tso's chicken, and Hong Kong chow mein served over deep-fried noodles. All the dishes came with fried rice. While the low mein was a bit watery, the other main dishes were quite good, and the prices were reasonable for dinner, ranging from $10 to $12 per dish. I also tried some of their food specialties, which were priced between $6 and $8 each. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to eat, and I highly recommend it.
I had the Singapore curry noodles, and they were excellent! The generous portion of chicken was cooked until tender and not chewy, and the noodles were incredibly flavorful and well-seasoned.
I haven’t been disappointed yet. While it’s American-style Chinese cuisine, it’s definitely among the better options. The owner is incredibly sweet and friendly, and the food is always packed with flavor, plus the portion sizes are generous. I plan to return at least twice a month.
