Stak Shak - Allison Park

We were a group of 10 and he was our waitress. everyone enjoyed their eating and appetising, and he was a fantastic server.

The menu was quite limited, and five of the items we ordered were unavailable, which was very frustrating. They even ran out of a beer we had ordered. They tried to make it up to us by offering a complimentary drink, but unfortunately, the keg had already run dry. Additionally, they struggled to process the payment for our round of drinks and had issues with redeeming the gift card we had.

The food was unhealthy and not particularly impressive. The menu had very few options. However, the happy hour was enjoyable, featuring a great selection of beers.

I had a great experience at Steak Shak! We arrived on a Friday night when they were quite busy, and the service started off a bit slow. The general manager attended to us first, and he was fantastic; I really appreciated his attention to our table. Although the wait was longer than we had hoped, it’s understandable since they are a new establishment and were packed. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. The decor is lovely, and the staff’s setup was good as well. Our poor server was noticeably overwhelmed during our visit, but he managed to keep everything flowing smoothly. The prices were on the higher side, but the quality of the food made it worthwhile. It’s wonderful to see this vibrant place come to life! I will definitely return!

First time dining here with a group of girlfriends. Good food, prompt service and quiet enough to be able to spend time talking with those friends. Will be coming back!
