Tim Hortons - Alliston

Yesterday, my son received such wonderful treatment at the restaurant. A big thank you to the manager for making his day so special!

Kid-friendliness: The staff is very friendly toward children, making it easy to navigate with little ones. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp, and the doors always function well. The bathroom is accessible too, and there's ample parking and space to move around the restaurant.

It's Tim Hortons, so the food is pretty standard across all locations. However, they do offer strawberry-filled Timbits, which are not available everywhere.

The best place in the world! They have the best bread, coffee, and tea. I truly love Tim Hortons, and I wish there was one here in Monterrey, Mexico!

I decided not to push the issue and instead ordered online from the Tottenham store. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that they don't serve hot meals after 7 PM and that I needed to return to the Alliston store to collect my order. I explained that I had come from Alliston because they had run out of food, but the staff member insisted that was impossible. She kindly offered to inform her manager and apologized for the situation, advising me to request a refund online. At least she had the courtesy to assist me in that way, so I do want to give credit to the store manager for addressing the issue—five stars for them!
