Honestly it is no longer the buffalo that I have known previously very well received the top no problem but the quality of service leaves frankly to desire. It was barely settled that we came to ask if we had chosen our wholesale menu at the same time as eating the welcome salad it would have had to be chosen immediately. Four times in the space barely 10 minutes we came to ask if we had chosen. After arriving at the resistance dish, we hardly have time to appreciate that we are asked if we can get rid of it. Not frankly honestly it has nothing they have changed their concept c is fast service. Yet it is not lacking that they have noticed. Too disappointed.

Vernon, beef skewer that cooked too fast, grilled meat and taste of burn Beauvais, Burger very medium, bread not toasted, I waited for a carafe of water all along the meal.. . to finish passage to the toilet on the ground floor, dirty, washed toilet, upstairs not better. Yet the staff doesn't seem to be overwhelmed behind the bar... bad experiences.

The illustration of the difficulty in recruiting competent staff! We've been properly received on it, no problem. The server that took care of us did not have the prerequisite of the property of a catering service. The command was sent with a certain lack of courtesy. The dishes have just arrived warm. Our desserts were served while the plates were not removed from the table... definitely not practical. The note was placed on the table as we had barely finished eating. No coffee or digestive. Hallucinant! The contents of the plate: the principle of the smashed burger, it seems to me, resides in 2 things. Caramelized and crispy outside and mellow inside. None of that at Buffalo. There, it was rather dry and cold. A different vision of the smashed burger in the end. And the heaviness of dessert gave a nice final note to this meal.
