The Kells - Allston

The service here is terrible, and the management is even worse. The staff is unfriendly, the food is just mediocre, and the prices are steep. The Kells is the only bar I know in the area that won’t serve tap water to the designated driver in a group of women who have already spent a significant amount on food and drinks. The manager also denied the designated driver tap water and, when confronted, became aggressive with someone in my group. I strongly advise avoiding this place and supporting a different bar that actually values its customers!

The manager not only refused to provide the named driver with tap water but also reacted aggressively towards a member of my party when confronted. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment and supporting a bar that truly values its customers!
