Harbour View Market & Restaurant - Alma

We came here on a tour that we took through the Hopewell Rocks and Bay of Fundy. Between my friend and I, we had the seafood chowder and ceasar salad. I'm pretty sure that those were two of the only gluten-free options that they had (which is fine), but I found the food to be just average (nothing special). It was also more on the pricey side.

Au déjeuner, très bon service et bonne nourriture. Au lunch, service très ordinaire. Nourriture froide.

We had take out here and got a couple of seafood chowders, which were delicious. It's overpriced but everything in town is. The market had the best maple syrup ice cream that we have ever had. A must try if you are in Alma.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way out of town, and while the options were limited, the food was good. We ordered the loaded omelette and the lobster omelette, and let me tell you, the lobster omelette was quite tasty. It had large chunks of lobster meat, and while it was slightly overcooked, it was enjoyable nonetheless. Never-ending coffee is always appreciated, and the staff was friendly.

I had shrimp and scallops, not deep fried, which were very tasty. My husband had the clams and they were the best he has ever had. Very friendly and great prices. Definitely coming back!
