Tim Hortons - Alma

Every week, my best friend and I go out to catch up over coffee. On this particular night, I ordered an Earl Grey tea, but I was told that there was no hot water available. I was very unimpressed - how can a coffee house not have hot water?

We went to the restaurant for coffee and Timbits after dinner. The service was good and the Timbits were delicious. There was a pleasant outdoor seating area to enjoy our meal on a beautiful summer evening. The only drawback was that the interior of the restaurant was quite dirty, with dirty floors and tables.

I had a quick lunch at this restaurant and was impressed by the friendly staff, good coffee, and fresh food. The location on the main road made it easily accessible. The restaurant was clean and well-organized.

Rarely do I eat at Tim Hortons and I know why! Sure it's a ubiquitous experience in Canada however I believe their menu is substandard.
