Pizza Hut - Alma

If you’re handling food and cash you need gloves. I saw the lady push my food to help it go in the box. Food quality was great I just don’t like other people touching my food.

Pizza crust was crispy like I like it and delicious.....had a deep dish all meat lovers pizza!!

Pretty much the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, arrived to the store and I was in the drive thru line for 50 minutes. When I finally arrived to the window it was over 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. One of the employees was acting insanely, yelling, popping pills in front of everyone to see. Unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. That’s alma, ar for you! No apology, no offering anything for my almost hour wait, terrible terrible location.

Pizza is horrible now. Bring back recipe from the 1980s.

Staff is rude. Food is cold. Whenever they forget something with your order they make it sound like an inconvenience to bring it to you so they push for you to want a store credit.
