Ice creams from the take away counter are good value and service good. After that it goes downhill, table service was so slow and staff rude! Also charge 5.50 for a milkshake that claims on the menu to be made with ice cream completely untrue, it was regular milk with a dash of choc sauce for that price. Crepes nice but very expensive

Been visiting this cafe for years as has become a family tradition with great pancakes... however this year staff have become incredibly rude... I can’t believe the manager still has a job! She is constantly screaming at the staff inside and completely ignores customers. When you do ask for something, she tuts or raises her eyebrows like your an inconvenience being there. This has happened on every occasion we have visited this summer, very sad that a family tradition that used to be fun and enjoyable has turned into an extremely unpleasant experience. PLEASE sort out the rude staff...particularly the management as I can’t imagine anybody would visit more than once!

Depois de comermos em um dos outros restaurantes no local, decidimos experimentar as sobremesas (ou tomar uma cerveja escondida) aqui. Ambiente relaxado e casual, adoramos nos sentar e assistir as crianças correndo como loucas pela praça. Os funcionários não são super eficientes, mas isso não é um problema, são muito prestativos e receptivos às famílias.

É uma pena que este local esteja tão mal administrado, 6 funcionários todos dentro, você tem que acenar para que eles venham atendê-lo ... os funcionários precisam de treinamento, você paga uma fortuna por comida ruim e serviço ruim ...
