The place is good and they have very remarkable dishes. However, some dishes are badly seasoned. A meat without any salt and not offering a salt shaker or similar to correct it does not make much sense. It makes me lose a lot of meat. On the other hand, the young waiter (I suppose the local manager's son) has no skills at all: he doesn't suggest anything, removes plates without asking (even with food on them), forgets things, etc. It's not bad, but I wouldn't recommend it.
