Casa do Lago Restaurant - ALMANSIL

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at Casa do lago. Beverley and her team exceeded all our expectations. We had rain on our wedding day and it didn’t matter. This restaurant has everything any bride could wish for. The food is the best...our guests have ever had. They keep complimenting it. The setting is something special and the decor and fit out inside and outside the restaurant is exceptional. We even loved dancing in the rain. Beverley is like a real life fairy god mother. I can not find words to thank her enough. She even gave us fresh ginger to tea as myself and the groom had an upset stomach on the day of our wedding. All guests needs were catered too and she knew who our veggies and gluten free guests were and kept ensuring everyone was very well catered for. She is honestly a true diamond. The beach is the perfect venue for a ceremony and makes for incredible photos. The staff are second to none, the chef is exceptional. This wedding venue has the full package and rest assured no matter what fear you have of what can go wrong on the day Beverley and her team have a plan A, B, C and D. Now, it has visited in the thirty years I visited casa do lago but it is now better than ever! great menu, big fish and the staff are very attentive. the Irish woman mgr is also the best. the only problem is in.! love it

This was by far the best restaurant of our visit to the Algarve! Lovely location beside the lake, loved the decor with its nautical vibe. The starter of burrata and smoked salmon was gorgeous then the vodka pasta was so tasty with a slight spice!...You can hit some golf balls onto a green on the lake in between courses too!
